Gay Dallas Judge Won't Perform Marriages
Seems to me the DoJ Equal Rights Division would be on planes to Texas and New Mexico if a straight judge refused to marry gay couples or a straight hair dresser refused to cut the hair of a pro-gay marriage governor. Prove me wrong. What every happened to equal protection under the law?
